Gull Way Villas is a condominium community of 12 two-story buildings with 8 condo units per building, or a total of 96 units. We are located on the bayside between Bayshore Drive and Lark Lane which can be reached from 26th and 28th streets off of Coastal Highway. Our amenities include a community pool located in the center of the property, two spacious greens, and four parking lots.
The Gull Way complex has well-kept, beautiful grounds and landscaping. Gull Way has won the Ocean City Beautification "Beauty Spot" Award several times over the last few years. We have a year-round onsite resident manager, who is also a Gull Way owner, who is responsible for the continuous upkeep of the buildings and grounds.
The pool is open daily from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and then open for the weekends through September. The pool hours are 10:00 A.M– 6:00 P.M. from Memorial Day weekend to June 30th, and then we have extended hours from 10:00 A.M.– 8:00 P.M. from July 1st thru Labor Day.
We are easy walking distance to the beach (approximately 4-5 blocks), in addition to Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, waterslides, racing cars, multiple miniature golf courses, and a host of great restaurants and pubs including Buxy’s Salty Dog Saloon, Dry Dock 28, Mother’s Cantina, Coins, Blu, Fish Tales, 28th St. Pit-n-Pub, and PGN Crab House.

The famous O.C. boardwalk has a trolley throughout the day and evening during the summer that goes from 28th St. down to the pier, and you have your pick of dozens of attractions/activities that you can choose to get off the trolley at any time to visit and enjoy.
