Gullway Villas is a Condominium Association with 96 residences located between Bayshore Drive and Lark Lane on the bayside of Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland. View a Google Map of our location

All rentals are handled by the individual unit owners. We do not have a rental office.

Gullway Villas has an on site Resident Manager who maintains the grounds beautifully. The pool is centrally located within the 12 building complex.
